The DANA farmers’ market continues next Tuesday, July 18 from 4 to 7 pm in St. James parking lot (look for the tents.) Special next week will be fresh corn, blueberries, apricots & plums, yum. (and much more!)
While you’re planning your schedule please include the DANA entryway clean up for this Saturday, July 15 at 9:00am. Our neighborhood and Mrs. Keenan could really use your help to renew the park across from AAA. Meet there. Bring gloves, weeders, drinking water.
Join us to learn more about plans for a new Delaware Area branch library on Wednesday, July 19 at 7 pm at the current branch, 485 Delaware.
Neighborhood Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, August 1 from 4 to 7 pm in St. James Parking lot. There’ll be free ice cream at 5:30, music, face painting, information on starting a neighborhood watch and an opportunity to talk with Officer McGruff and other public safety officers and your neighbors. Bring a lawn chair. If you, your faith-based or service group, or business wants to participate by providing info., selling something, donating to the raffle, sharing a skill, please give us a call at 432-0516.
