Neighborhood Businesses

On a positive note: Does anybody have any idea what plans are in the offing for St. James School? There have also been very positive things happening in the 400 block on Delaware Avenue. Two businesses opened up with in the past several months and a new one is opening next to the Pizza place at 2nd. I do not know anything about it. Does anyone else? Also the Insurance agency - Magcar - has relocated to Elsmere. That's a loss.
