barclay street
I drive down Barclay Street every now and then just to look at #10 and see what's going on. There were two big burley guys with dogs near there. Where do they fit in on all the problems you seem to be having on Barclay? They didn't look very friendly to me.

I haven't seen the guys with dogs, but I did see two rather large men (linebacker size) sitting in an SUV in front of 10 (double-parked).

There are a couple of guys who have dogs that live on the house at Catalpa and Summit (THAT house). One has a beard, black hair and ponytail. Have not seen them around otherwise.
