#10 Barclay - Reporting Procedure

In regards to the group of kids hanging out at 10 Barclay, Officer Matt Montesano has some suggestions for what the neighbors can do. (This of course applies to any property with a similar problem.)

From Matt's email: "If the group is intimidating people then you can call the Police at 438-4000 at that time. The person(s) that are being intimidated may be able to have a complaint for harassment depending on the circumstances."

Since we also have the property owners contact information, we should also keep them in the loop.

As with all concerns, you should either post detailed information to this blog (including the day/time), or contact your block captain so they can keep of log of activity which is then passed onto the police.
